Return And Exchange Terms

If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, find shipping problems or need to exchange it, we will provide you with flexible and fair return and exchange services according to the following policy.
According to EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving it without any reason.
✅ Returnable conditions:
The product is unused, undamaged, and odorless
Keep the original packaging and accessories complete
Attach an invoice or order confirmation email
❌ Non-returnable conditions:
Customer-customized products (such as engraved LOGO, customized color)
Used or obviously damaged products
Exceed the return period (14 days)
Products not shipped by us
Please send an email to: whiteforcein@elegantlantern.com within 14 days after receiving the goods, stating the reason for the return and attaching the order number
We will reply with the return address and related instructions
The customer chooses the logistics company and returns the goods
After receiving the return, we will complete the refund within 7 working days
Please be sure to use a logistics service with tracking function. We are not responsible for the return package lost during transportation.
If the return is due to product quality issues (such as damage, wrong delivery), we will bear the shipping fee
If the return is due to personal reasons (dislike/unsuitable), the shipping fee shall be borne by the customer
When returning international orders, customers need to bear the international shipping fee and possible customs clearance fees
If you need to replace the same lantern with a different color or higher specification, please return the original product first and place a new order. We do not provide an automatic exchange process to ensure inventory accuracy.
For all returns, please provide the logistics order number and courier company information so that we can track the progress of receipt.
We will refund the original payment method after receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the return conditions!
Please check the product when signing for it. If the outer box is severely damaged or the product is broken, please:
Take photos to keep evidence (including outer packaging, damaged parts, courier bill)
Contact us within 48 hours!
We will provide compensation, reissue or return processing solutions!
